The violence on the ground in Congo continues to escalate. We're receiving urgent calls for action and support every day from our frontline partners in Eastern Congo.

We're hosting this fundraiser to fulfill our ongoing mission to support Congolese institutions on the frontlines of conflict in Congo, and to respond appropriately to the escalating militarized violence impacting civilians in eastern DRC.

Our partners in eastern DRC, on the frontlines of the conflict, have been responding to the crisis by...

-- providing food, skills training, ancestral farming techniques and community-building practices to displaced folks in the camps

-- providing cutting-edge reporting from the frontlines

-- providing life-saving medicines and healthcare to the community

-- organizing forest protectors across the Congo Basin

-- preserving and restoring indigenous knowledge and practices, and so much more.

Raised funds will be distributed among several of our DRC partner organizations, and will support both immediate relief efforts as well as long- term, self sustaining community building projects to an unprecedented degree.
