Add or remove photos or videos for your Facebook event

Hosts can add or remove photos or videos for their event.
If the event is public, anyone who views it can see its photos and videos. Photos and videos posted on private events are only visible to people who were invited. Learn how to control who sees your Facebook event.
Add a photo or video to your event
  1. From your Feed, click Events in the left menu. You may have to click See more first.
  2. Click Your events on the left, then click Hosting.
  3. Select the event that you want to update.
  4. Click Add a post, then click .
  5. Select photos or videos to upload.
  6. Click Save to share photos or videos to the event's timeline.

Remove a photo or video from your event
  1. Go to the event that you want to update.
  2. Click more in the top right of the photo or video that you want to remove.
  3. From here, you can:
    • Click Edit post, then click in the top-right corner to remove the photo or video.
    • Click Delete post to remove the post.
