Control who can see posts on your Facebook timeline

Select the audience for things your friends share on your profile
  1. Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
  3. Click Profile and tagging in the left column.
  4. Next to the setting Who can see what others post on your profile? click Edit to the right.
  5. Select an audience (e.g. Friends) from the drop-down menu.
Note: Posts in your profile may appear in other places on Facebook, such as Feed and search, for people who are in the audience that they're shared with (e.g. friends, public, custom).
