Change the name of a Facebook group that you admin

Only group admins can change the group name.
To change the name of your group:
  1. Go to facebook.com/groups and select your group.
  2. Click Group settings in the left menu.
  3. Click next to Name and description.
  4. Enter a name and click Save.
When you change the name of your group, all members will receive a notification that you've changed the name. You can't change the group's name more than once every 28 days.
