How do I upload my contacts to Facebook from my mobile phone or other accounts?

To upload your mobile phone contacts to Facebook from Android:
  1. Tap menu in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Tap Settings and privacy, then tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Permissions and tap Upload Contacts.
  4. Tap Continuous Contacts Upload toggle, then tap Get Started.
To upload your mobile phone contacts to Facebook from iPhone:
  1. Tap Menu in the bottom right of Facebook.
  2. Tap Settings & privacy, then tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Permissions and tap Upload Contacts.
  4. Tap Upload contacts toggle then tap Continue.
