Marketplace isn't available to everyone at the moment.
If you're having trouble with accessing Facebook Marketplace, we recommend trying these solutions.
First, make sure that you meet the requirements to use Facebook Marketplace.
Check that this Marketplace link works
If you're not able to access that link, you can try visiting Marketplace from the menu in your Facebook app.
To access Marketplace in your Facebook app:
- Open your Facebook app.
- Tap
or your profile photo in the bottom right of Facebook.
- Tap
Marketplace. If you can't see
Marketplace, tap See more.
Check that you're on your main profile
Facebook Marketplace isn't available for additional Facebook profiles. To use Marketplace, switch to your main profile. Your main profile is the first profile that you created on Facebook.
Make sure that your listing follows our policies
All items for sale on Facebook Marketplace need to follow our Commerce Policies and Community Standards. If your listing goes against these policies, your access to Marketplace will be removed.
Learn how to delete your listing.
Make sure that you only list approved items
Only approved items can be sold on Facebook Marketplace. Listing unapproved items will cause your access to be removed.
Check that your listing has been approved
If you see "There are issues with your product" next to your listing, it wasn't approved because it goes against our policies.
Request a review by filing an appeal
If you've read our policies and think that your item should be approved, please fill in our Marketplace item appeal form.
Note: If your Marketplace access has been restored, you may need to refresh facebook.com or download the latest version of the app.
