I'm seeing an "Incorrect password" error message when I try to log in to Facebook.

If you see an error message saying "Incorrect password" and you're sure that you entered the right password:
- Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Make sure that your caps lock key is turned off and try again.
- Reset your password.
- Try updating your browser or using a different web browser.
