Refunds for Meta Verified business subscriptions

Meta Verified for businesses is slowly being rolled out and isn't available for everyone yet.
If it's available and you meet the eligibility requirements, you can sign your business up for Meta Verified.

Learn about how refunds work for Meta Verified business subscriptions.

Refund eligibility
What can be refunded
Refunds for Meta Verified business subscriptions are available if:
  • You didn't complete the verification process.
  • We weren't able to verify your business.

What can't be refunded
  • Cancelling after verification is complete. If you cancel your subscription after successfully completing the verification process, Meta won't provide a refund (partial or full) for your current billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to Meta Verified support and benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Cancelling during your billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription during your current billing cycle, you won't be eligible for a refund (partial or full). You'll continue having access to Meta Verified support and benefits until your subscription has ended.

Refund requests
Meta Verified refunds are returned to the original payment method used to purchase the subscription.
For Meta Verified business subscriptions purchased on:
  • Meta Business Suite: Your refund will be processed automatically.
  • Google Play Store: Your refund will be processed automatically.
  • Apple App Store: You'll need to request a refund through the Apple App Store.
All refund requests are subject to approval, depending on your payment method and payment provider's refund terms.

Note: If your account violates our Meta Verified for Businesses Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use, Facebook Terms of Service, Facebook Community Standards or Instagram Community Guidelines, your subscription will be cancelled and a refund will be unavailable.
If you have existing business verification based on prior requirements, you can sign up for Meta Verified.
