About order fulfilment in Commerce Manager

This product or feature may not be available in your country yet.

If your shop offers checkout, you can use Commerce Manager to fulfil orders from Facebook and Instagram.

Before you begin

This is how order fulfilment works in Commerce Manager:

  1. Dispatch orders. When you make a sale, you receive an email and a Facebook notification so you can prepare orders for shipment. Whether you dispatch orders in one or multiple shipments, you must dispatch the full order within the handling time you specified in Commerce Manager.
  2. Mark orders as dispatched. You can manually mark orders as dispatched or create and purchase dispatch labels (to automatically mark orders as dispatched). Make sure that you provide tracking information to initiate your payout. Note: If you do not include a tracking number for orders, we are not able to confirm shipment. This may delay payment. We cancel any orders not marked as dispatched after 30 days.
  3. See payout details. You can review payouts for each order in Commerce Manager. We work with payment processors to handle all payouts.
  4. Resolve issues. If a customer has an issue, they'll contact your customer service email so you can try to fix it first. You may need to refund the customer. Issues that you can't resolve may result in dispute claims or chargebacks.
