How to request monetisation support for creators

You can request support for monetisation tools in the Instagram app in the professional dashboard or by filling in a contact form.

• You must set up payouts to receive your earnings.
• You must have a professional (business or creator) profile to access the professional dashboard at the top of your profile.

Get in touch with Meta to request monetisation support for:

• Badges
• Subscriptions
• Bonuses
• Branded content
• Profile ads
• Ads on Instagram Reels

You can also request for payment support in the Instagram app. Go to your profile on the Instagram app.

1. Tap in the top right, then select Settings.
2. Tap Help and then Monetisation help.
3. Tap Contact support.
4. Make sure that the default email address listed is correct and select the product area that you need help with.
5. Fill in the required information. Note: If it is possible to troubleshoot your issue within Instagram, you will be redirected within the app.
6. Tap Submit.

You can go to the Monetisation help page to view the status of your support requests. You'll receive an email with updates to the account listed.
