About Meta Business Support Home

Meta Business Support Home provides a centralised place to monitor and improve compliance with our Meta Advertising Standards, Commerce Policies and other policies and terms. You can also use it to monitor your feedback.
To help protect people from poor and potentially harmful ad experiences and better ensure that our platforms are a trustworthy place for people, organisations and businesses, we review ads against our Advertising Standards as well as monitor and investigate advertiser behaviour. We may restrict or disable accounts that don't follow our Advertising Standards, Community Standards, Instagram's Community Guidelines or other policies and terms. These restrictions may include limits on how much you can spend or on the advertising features that you can use, or a loss of access to all advertising using our products.

In Business Support Home, you can:
- Review the status of business portfolios, ad accounts, Commerce accounts, catalogues and Pages that may need attention due to not complying with our Advertising Standards, Commerce Policies or other policies and terms.
Ad accounts, commerce accounts, catalogues and Pages can be associated with either your Facebook account or business portfolio. When viewing your Facebook account or business portfolio in Business Support Home, you can:
- Learn what actions you can take if your account or Page has been disabled or restricted.
- Review your feedback score.
- Request another review of one or multiple ads or assets that you believe may have been incorrectly rejected.
- View and track the status of any rejected ads or items from your product catalogue.
Account overview
In the Account overview section of Business Support Home, you can see any issues with accounts or business portfolios that need attention. To see your account overview:
- Go to Business Support Home.
- Your Account Status overview will be selected by default.
Click the Outstanding tab in the Recent account issues section to see current issues and actions that you can take. Click Resolved to see issues that have been resolved. You can then click on an account for further details.
- Facebook account: The status of your Facebook account affects your personal ad account and access to certain features for managing advertising assets.
- Business portfolio(s): These are the business portfolios that you have access to. The status of your business portfolios affects the ad accounts, shops and business assets that they own.
Request a review of rejected ads, ad sets, campaigns or items
If you believe that your ad or item was incorrectly rejected, you can request another review. To request a review:
- Go to Business Support Home.
- Click to select your account or catalogue with the rejected ads or assets.
- Select ad(s), ad sets, campaigns or items that you believe were incorrectly rejected.
- Click Request review and select Submit.
You can track the status of any requested review at any time in Business Support Home.
If your review is successful, the ad will start running if scheduled to do so and if the review is for an item, it will become available to apply in future ads and/or shops. If the review is rejected, the ad or item will stay rejected, and you won't be able to submit another review request for the same ad or item.
