Create an ad in Ads Manager

To create an ad, go to Ads Manager and select Create to get started. To do this, create a complete campaign and ad set before you publish an ad for the first time. If you prefer to use an existing campaign or ad set, learn to create a new ad with an existing campaign.
Before you begin
Choices that you make at the campaign and ad set levels affect the options that you see when you create your ad. Facebook uses those choices to make your campaign more effective. The objective you choose at the campaign level affects your ad format options. To learn about the different ad formats and requirements, visit the Ads Guide.
The first time you publish an ad, you'll be asked to enter your payment information.
