Eligibility requirements for Facebook Subscriptions

Creator Studio tools have moved. You still have access to many of the same features to create, manage and monetise your content on Facebook through professional dashboard, and you can access all of your content across Facebook and Instagram on Meta Business Suite.

Facebook Subscriptions allow dedicated audiences to support the creators that they love with monthly, recurring payments. Subscribers get access to perks such as exclusive content, personal interactions and a subscriber badge. Learn more about Facebook Subscriptions

To use Facebook Subscriptions, you must:

• Meet and remain compliant with Facebook's Partner Monetisation Policies
• Review and agree to the Fan Subscription Creator Terms
• For Facebook video creators: Be an admin of a Facebook Page that has 10,000 followers or 250+ return viewers and one of the following in the last 60 days: 50,000 post engagements or 180,000 watch minutes.
• For Facebook Gaming creators: To use Subscriptions for your gaming streams, your Facebook Page must be part of the Level Up programme and have 250+ return viewers.
• Be at least 18 years of age

Note: Facebook Subscriptions is not fully available for profiles in professional mode and is currently being tested with selected creators. Creators who receive an invitation can enable Subscriptions on the professional dashboard.

To check your Page's eligibility in Meta Business Suite:

1. In Meta Business Suite, click Monetisation.
2. Click Overview.
3. In the Status section, click View page eligibility.

To check your Page's eligibility in the professional dashboard:

1. Go to your Page in the Facebook app.
2. Tap View tools to go to your professional dashboard.
3. Under Tools, tap Monetisation tools.
4. If you're eligible, you'll see Subscriptions listed under Available to set up.

If you aren't using a Facebook monetisation product yet, it will undergo a review process to make sure that your Page or profile passes our Partner Monetisation Policies. Even if your Page or profile meets individual product requirements, it must pass at the Page level first before you can monetise. Learn more about Page and professional mode demonetisation

If your Page doesn't meet the eligibility requirements for Facebook Subscriptions, you'll be notified via email and in the Facebook app, along with instructions on how to complete setup or re-apply. You can check your status in the Status section.
