Creator Studio tools have moved to Meta Business Suite. You still have access to many of the same features to create, manage and monetise your content all in one place. With Meta Business Suite, you can save time with simplified tools that help you connect with your audience and track your performance on both Facebook and Instagram.

What to expect in Meta Business Suite

  • Simple and easy-to-use platform for creators: All the tools you need to create and manage content such as planner, Insights, Inbox and more in a simplified experience.
  • Connected account experience: Manage all of your Pages, profiles and business accounts in a central place. You can also post to connected accounts on both Facebook and Instagram all at once.
  • More tools: Ads Manager, Commerce Manager, business settings and Page settings are all available through Meta Business Suite. With these tools, you can create ad campaigns, sell inventory on Facebook and Instagram, manage Page roles and more.

Creator Studio tools and features in Meta Business Suite

Most Creator Studio tools and features are available in Meta Business Suite, such as Insights, monetisation, Rights Manager and more. You can find these tools in the main menu on the left-hand side of Meta Business Suite or under the All tools section.

As a creator, you can use Meta Business Suite in the following ways:

  • Create content: Create posts, videos, reels, stories and go live for your Facebook Page and Instagram business accounts in the Content and Planner tabs.
  • Edit content: Edit videos and other shareable content, add captions and create short clips for reels and stories in the Content and Planner tabs. You can also set up collabs.
  • Publish content: Crosspost videos and publish to Instagram or Facebook in the Content tab. You can also upload single videos or bulk upload content.
  • Manage content: Schedule posts and view them in your calendar in the Content and Planner tabs. You can also set up a post test and view new notifications for your Facebook Page and Instagram business accounts in Notifications.
  • View insights: View metrics for posts, reels and other shareable posts in the Insights tab. You can see details about your online performance, such as trends, activity on the content that you share and more information about your audience. You can also export your insights.
  • Manage content monetisation: Get an overview of your current monetisation tools, such as Stars or in-stream ads in the Monetisation tab. You can also check earnings, manage payout settings, follow up on policy appeals and onboard to new tools.
  • Protect your original content: Control when, how and where your original content is shared across your Facebook Page and Instagram business accounts with Rights Manager.
  • Manage conversations with your audience: You can manage messages and comments from your Facebook Page, Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram business accounts all in Inbox. You can also create automated responses to help save time when responding to questions people commonly ask.
  • Enhance your content with sound: Access rights-cleared music or sound effects for your videos or audio content in Sound Collection.
  • Connect with gaming audience and creators: You can play games, watch gaming videos, connect with other players and reach your audience via the Game streaming dashboard.

How to access Meta Business Suite

Go directly to Meta Business Suite to get started. We recommend checking permissions and granting people on your team access in the Settings tab. Note: Anyone who had access to your Instagram on Creator Studio was automatically carried over to Meta Business Suite. You can manage account permissions in your settings on Meta Business Suite.
