Best practices to get messages for your Page

Certain messaging-related metrics, ad campaigns and organic messaging features for businesses and ads delivered to and from Europe and Japan will be unavailable.
Messaging is a private way for you to communicate directly with people who are interested in your business, such as to generate leads, complete transactions, increase awareness or re-engage customers. Here are best practices to get more messages for your business:
- Use tools in Page Inbox: Manage and respond to messages and comments across your Facebook Page and Instagram business account, and track important business events with automated tools and third-party integrations. Learn about tools in Page Inbox.
- Manage messages with platforms: Interact with messages and comments across Facebook and Instagram with management platforms such as Business Inbox in Messenger and Meta Business Suite. Learn more about business messaging tools.
- Use the Get Messages action button: Lets users open a conversation directly with your business Page. Add an action button to your Page
- You can also use the Messages action button on Facebook and Instagram ads. Create an action ad.
- Use a chat plugin: Add a Messenger plugin to your website to let customers contact your business Page.
- Facebook chat plugin: Lets customers chat with you while remaining on their website. Set up the plugin from the Page settings and sites such as Wordpress, ManyChat and ChatFuel.
- Send to Messenger plugin: Send customers to a chat with your Facebook Page with a Message Us button
- Checkbox plugin: Customers can opt in to receiving messages from you when they check out or take an action on your website.
- Use m.me links: M.me links can be used with a QR code, such as on your website, email campaigns and newsletters, to open a chat directly with your Page. Create an m.me link.
