Add partners to your business portfolio in Business Manager

The Meta business account, sometimes called a Business Manager account, is being renamed to business portfolio. This change will appear gradually across Meta technologies.

You can add partners (for example, other businesses or agencies) to your business portfolio in Meta Business Manager. Once you've added them to your business portfolio, you can give and request access to individual business assets or business asset groups.

Before you begin

  • Only people with full control of the business portfolio can add a partner.
  • Your partner must have a business portfolio. If they don't, ask them to create a business account.
  • You need your partner's business ID. Learn how to find your business ID.

Note: If a different business's business portfolio controls the Page or ad account, the agency partner can contact that person or business directly to request access.

Add partners to your business portfolio

Steps to add partners to your business portfolio in Business Manager:

  1. Open Business settings.
  2. Click Partners.
  3. Click + Add.
  4. Decide if you want to give a partner access to business assets in Business Manager or ask a partner to share business assets with your business.
