Troubleshoot when a credit card address can't be verified

When you try to add a card to your account, we match the address that you enter in our system with your credit card billing address.

If you receive a message telling you that your credit card address can't be verified:

• Confirm postcode: Confirm that the credit card postcode that you've entered on our site is exactly the same as the postcode that appears on your billing statement.
• Contact your provider: If you've verified this information, contact your bank or credit card issuer to determine why they aren't accepting your credit card on Facebook.
