Delete a custom audience

When you delete a custom audience, it will be removed immediately from your account and any ad account that you've shared it with. Any active ad sets created by the audience owner or shared audience recipient that include the deleted audience will be paused.

Note: You can turn on a paused ad set, but we recommend that you review any changes first.

To delete your custom audience:

1. Go to Audiences.
2. Tick the box next to the audience you'd like to delete.
3. Select Delete.

If you've shared an audience with another ad account, it will also be deleted from the recipient account. The recipient may be notified of the deletion if they have any active ad sets using that audience, as those ad sets will also be paused.

If you delete an audience that was shared with you by another ad account, the audience owner's account won't be affected.
