About ineligible placement messages when editing placements

A placement is the location where your ad is shown, for example Instagram, Audience Network and Facebook in-stream video.

If you select Edit placements when creating ads in Ads Manager, you may see Ineligible next to some placements.

• Ineligible placements occur when an objective or ad format doesn't deliver to a specific placement.
• Use automatic placements to automatically deliver to all available placements (recommended).
• View a full list of which placements are available by objective.
