Video ad specifications for Audience Network advertisers
Learn about the specifications for video formats for Audience Network placements.
In-stream video
- Format: Single video, not video carousel
- Ratio: 16:9 (recommended) or 1:1
- Length: 5-120 seconds with automatic placements, limited to 30 seconds for in-stream only.
- Skip availability: Ads 30 seconds or less can't be skipped. Ads longer than 30 seconds can be skipped after 10 seconds.
- Sound: Required
- Objectives: Video Views only when using in-stream placement only or with Facebook in-stream video. For automatic placements, use Video Views, Reach, Brand Awareness or Post Engagement.
Native and interstitial
- Format: Single video, not video carousel
- Ratio: 9:16 - 16:9
- Length: 0-120 seconds
- Skip availability: At 3 seconds or 6 seconds, depending on publisher
- Sound: Recommended
- Objectives: Video Views, Reach, Brand Awareness or Post Engagement, Conversion, Traffic, App Installs and Catalogue Sales
Rewarded video
- Format: Single video, not video carousel
- Ratio: 9:16 - 16:9
- Length: 3-60 seconds
- Skip availability: Can't be skipped
- Sound: Recommended
- Objectives: Mobile App Installs, Conversions, Video Views, Reach or Brand Awareness
