View your invoices in Meta Business Manager

View your invoices from inside Meta Business Manager rather than navigating out to Meta Ads Manager.

Before you begin

To view invoices for an ad account, you must be a finance editor or finance analyst on the account.

View your invoices in Business Manager

Steps to view your invoices in Business Manager:

  1. Open Business Manager.
  2. Click the Business tools icon.
  3. Scroll down the menu and click Invoices.

Filter your invoices by Product type, Payment method, Invoice number, Ad account ID, Bill to organisation name, Transaction ID, Invoice group ID or WABA account ID. You can also narrow your search by filtering by date, ad account, invoice groups or invoices that have yet to be paid.
