About your Business Manager home page

When you go to your Business Manager, your home page displays information about alerts, requests, ad accounts, Pages and other assets.

Your Business Manager home screen provides a comprehensive overview of your business. It highlights key actions to take to maintain security. It offers insights into the health of your ad accounts and the ads that you run across your Pages.

We recommend that you respond to alerts and requests as soon as possible to avoid expired invitations or discrepancies with your billing and payments. You can also close the details of your alerts and requests if the information isn't relevant to you. This action won't remove the card from your home screen, but it will collapse it.

Alerts

Dynamic business alert cards notify you of any unsettled ad accounts, so you can act fast and avoid interruptions in your ad campaigns. You can add a payment method directly from the home page.

Requests

See and act on your pending Business Manager requests. You don't have to go to your settings to manage requests. From business home, you can:

  • Decline or approve requests to join your business
  • Cancel invitations for access to other businesses
  • Resend invitations to people or partners who you'd like to join your business

You can also see when your requests expire, so you know how much time you have to act.

Ad accounts

Your ad account card shares insights about your ad accounts and any associated active campaigns. You can also see how much money you've spent per campaign. Remember, this amount may be an estimate because it can take up to 48 hours to process ad results.

To mark an ad account as a favourite, click the star next to it. Favourite ad accounts move to the top of the list in the overview, so you can access them when you sign in to Business Manager.

Pages

View important information about Pages connected to your business. See how many people your Page reached and the number of times people engaged with your posts through likes, comments, shares and more. You can also see the Page ID below the Page name.

If you click a listed Page, you can see each campaign the Page has run. You'll see how many people each post reached and the number of actions that people took, so you have insight into which campaigns performed well. You can also see when each post was published so that you can track when campaigns were live.

Catalogues, properties and other assets

View other assets associated with your Business Manager, such as catalogues or properties. Click on an asset to open it.
