Eligibility requirements for maximise value of conversions

When you optimise the delivery of your ad sets for value, we use machine learning to predict how much return on ad spend (ROAS) a person may generate. We then use this prediction to bid for your highest value customers. By bidding more for people who are likely to spend more, you can ensure that you are maximising the ROAS for your campaigns.

Note: To continue using maximise value of conversions and reach people on iOS 14.5 and later devices, turn on maximise value of conversions in your SKAdNetwork event configuration in Events Manager. You don't need to turn on maximise value of conversions for events sent through Aggregated Event Measurement. Learn how to set up maximise value of conversions in your SKAdNetwork configuration.

Eligibility requirements

Maximise value of conversions is available for app promotion and sales campaigns with "website" or "app" as the conversion location. To use maximise value of conversions, you must have:

  • An active integration, such as the Conversions API, Meta pixel or Facebook SDK, that meets the following technical eligibility requirements:
    • Sends and optimises for purchase events with tracking values.
    • Has at least two distinct values over the last seven days.
    • For app tracking:
    • For web tracking:
      • Has generated at least 30 attributed optimised click-through purchases with values over the last seven days.
  • A product catalogue connected to your integration, for campaigns with the Sales objective.

Allow a few weeks to gain access to maximise value of conversions. The number of conversions that you see in Ads Manager reporting may appear to meet the threshold for eligibility before maximise value of conversions functionality becomes available. This is because there may be some cases where reported events can't be counted directly towards these eligibility requirements due to partial or missing data.
