How to set up Appointments in the new Pages experience

• You must have Facebook access to a Page to set up Appointments.
• If you haven't already added Services and Availability for your Page, you'll need to add them while you set up Appointments.

To set up Appointments from your Page on a computer:

1. Log in to Facebook, then click your profile picture.
2. Click See all profiles, then choose the Page you want to switch into.
3. From your Page, click to see more options, then choose Add or Edit action button.
   Note: If you already have an action button on your Page, you'll need to click Change button.
4. Choose Book now, then click Next.
5. Click Scheduling tool.
6. If you haven't already added services and availability for your Page, you'll need to add them now:

   To add services:

   1. Select Edit services and click Add a service.
   2. Add information about your service and set a price.
   3. When you've finished, click Save.

   To add availability:

   1. Click Edit availability.
   2. Click Add hours next to each day you want to add availability for, then choose a start and end time. You can also click Add hours to create blocks of available time, for example: 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00.
   3. When you've added your availability, click Save. You can also choose whether you want to Manually approve appointments.

   When you've added your services and availability, click to continue.

7. Click Finish.

To set up Appointments from your Page on a mobile device:

1. Tap your profile picture, or tap to see more options.
2. Tap to choose the Page that you want to switch into.
3. From your Page, tap to see more options, then select Add or Edit action button.
4. Tap Edit buttons, then select Book now and tap Set up appointments.
5. If you haven't already added services and availability for your Page, you'll need to add them now:

   To add services:

   1. Tap Edit services, then tap Add a service.
   2. Add information about your service and set a price.
   3. When you've finished, tap Save.

   To add availability:

   1. Tap Edit availability.
   2. Toggle on each day you want to add availability for.
   3. Tap the arrow to add available times. You can also tap Add hours to create blocks of available time, for example: 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00.
   4. Tap the back arrow to add more availability. You can also choose whether you want to Manually approve appointments.

   When you've added your services and availability, tap the back arrow to continue.

6. Tap Finish.

To set up Appointments from Meta Business Suite on a computer:

1. From Meta Business Suite, click All tools.
2. Under Sell products and services, click Appointments.
3. Click Settings, then select Online booking and toggle on Allow online booking on Facebook.
4. Click Save changes.
5. If you haven't already added availability and services for your Page, you'll need to add them now:

To add availability:

1. From the Appointments tool, click Availability.
2. Find the day you want to add availability for and click [pencil icon] to edit it.
3. Click Add times to choose a start and end time for your availability.
4. When you've finished, click Save changes.

To add services:

1. Click to see All tools.
2. Select Services under Sell products and services.
3. Click Add a service.
4. Add information about your service and set a price, then click Add service. You can also block extra time to automatically reserve extra time after the appointment in 15-minute increments.

To set up Appointments from the Meta Business Suite app:

1. From the Meta Business Suite app, tap to see More.
2. Tap Settings, then choose Appointments.
3. Tap Online booking, then tap to toggle it on.
4. If you haven't already added services and availability for your Page, you'll need to add them now:

To add services:

1. Under Services, tap Services list.
2. Tap Add service, then add information about your service and set a price.
3. When you've finished, tap Save.

To add availability:

1. Tap Business hours.
2. Toggle on each day you want to add availability for.
3. Tap the day to Add hours, then tap Save.
4. When you've added your availability, tap Save.
