About task access in the new Pages experience

Creator Studio tools have moved. You still have access to many of the same features to create, manage and monetise your content on Facebook through professional dashboard, and you can access all of your content across Facebook and Instagram on Meta Business Suite.
Classic Pages on Facebook are updating to the new Pages experience. You'll still have access to many of the same features to manage your professional presence, build your brand or business, grow your audience and connect with followers. Your content, insights, ads, Likes and followers will automatically transfer when your Page updates.

In the new Pages experience, you can give trusted people task access to your Page to help manage it.

People with task access to a Page can't switch into it on Facebook, but they can use Meta Business Suite, Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager to manage the features you give them access to.

Tasks you can grant access to

People with task access to your new Page can manage the following tasks, if you choose to give them access:

  • Content: Create, manage or delete any content on your Page, such as posts, stories and more. Apply for and access ways to manage rights to and potentially monetise your original content.

Note: Anyone who manages content can also manage messages and community activity.

  • Messages: Send and respond to direct messages as the Page, and other functionality in Inbox.
  • Community activity: Review and respond to comments, remove unwanted content and report activity on the Page.
  • Ads: Create, manage and delete ads, and other ads-related tasks.
  • Insights: See how the Page, content, ads and other metrics perform.

Note: Insights will be shared with people who have task access to your new Page.

Note: Any actions that people with task access take may be visible to anyone who helps manage the new Page in the Page's management history. Their location may also be visible in shared activity. Learn more about location in the new Pages experience. Anyone who manages a Page must follow the Pages, Groups and Events policies.
