About Facebook access in the new Pages experience
In the new Pages experience, you can give people you trust Facebook access to your Page. People can have Facebook access with full control or partial control.
Anyone you give Facebook access with full control will have the same access as you. They can give or remove access to your Page, or delete it. People with Facebook access to a Page can use the Page's tools and insights.
People who have Facebook access with full or partial control can manage:
- Content: Create, manage or delete any content on your Page, such as posts, stories and more. Apply for and access ways to manage rights to and potentially monetise your original content.
- Messages: Respond to direct messages as your Page in Inbox.
- Community activity: Remove and respond to comments and report activity on your Page.
- Linked accounts: Add, manage or remove linked accounts, such as Instagram.
- Ads: Create, manage and delete ads on all platforms.
- Insights: Use Page, post and ad insights to analyse the performance of your Page.
- Events: Create, edit and delete events from your Page.
- Removal and bans: Remove or ban people from your Page.
Anyone with Facebook access can manage your Page from:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Meta Business Suite or the Meta Business Suite mobile app
Note: Any action that you take as the Page may be visible to anyone who helps manage it. Anyone with Facebook access to the Page is responsible for its actions and must follow our Terms and Conditions.
About Facebook access with full control
Facebook access with full control lets you manage a Page across Facebook apps and services, including linked accounts and management tools. Only people who have full control can manage:
- Settings: Manage and edit all settings, such as Page info and the ability to delete the Page.
- Access: Give or remove people's Facebook or task access to the Page or linked Instagram account.
