Create pre-filled answers for questions in your lead generation in Messenger ad

1. Review and follow Facebook's lead ads policies
2. Set up a lead generation campaign for Messenger in Ads Manager.

To create pre-filled answers in your lead generation in Messenger ad questions:

1. Click Questions.
2. Under Question no. 1, input your question text.
3. Under Answer type, click Options or User information.
4. For Options, add your answer options into the Answer text field.
• Click the three dots next to each answer, and select Go to to input the direction. You can direct people to an additional question, the "Thank you" note or the disqualifying message.
5. For User information, you can choose to request city, gender, phone number, postcode, region, country, email address, job title or company name. Full name is not available as a pre-fill, because when people start a Messenger conversation with a business, they agree to share their full name as it appears on their Facebook profile with the business.
6. Click Finish once you have completed each question.

Note: If someone's information (such as their email address or phone number) isn't already on their Facebook profile, they'll be prompted to manually type their response.
