How to remove ad accounts or partners from custom conversions in Meta Events Manager
You can remove an ad account or partner's access to your custom conversion in Meta Events Manager.
When you remove ad accounts and partners from custom conversions:
- They won't be able to use your custom conversion for future ads or measurement.
- They'll still be able to see past attributed activity in Meta Ads Manager, but not future activity.
- They won't be able to see past or future activity from that custom conversion in Events Manager.
- If you re-add the ad account or partner to your custom conversion, the shared custom conversion will start working again.
Before you begin
To remove an account's access in Business Manager, you must have full control of the business portfolio that owns the custom conversion.
How to remove ad accounts or partners from custom conversions in Events Manager
To remove ad accounts or partners from custom conversions:
- Go to Events Manager.
- Select the
Custom conversions tab.
- Select the custom conversion that you want to remove access for.
- Click Share.
Remove access for a partner.
- Select Share with a partner.
- Find the partner that you want to remove permissions for and click
.
- Click Remove access.
- Click Close.
Remove access for an ad account.
- Select Share with an ad account.
- Find the ad account that you want to remove access for and click
.
- Click Remove access.
- Click Close.
