Troubleshoot Test events tool issues in Meta Events Manager

If your events don't appear in test events within one minute of sending a test event, try the following steps:

Web troubleshooting

  • Make sure that you're connected to the Internet.
  • Disable any ad blockers that you have turned on.
  • Refresh your website and interact with it again.

Not every browser is supported by the Test events tool. If you receive a warning, please try another browser.

App troubleshooting

  • Make sure that you're connected to the Internet.
  • Close your app on your phone, then restart it.
  • Make sure that you're logged in to the Facebook app on your phone.
  • If you're using an Android device, try enabling developer options before setting up test events. Learn more.
