Types of Meta pixel history activity

The Meta pixel history table shows changes made to your Meta pixel. Here are the types of activities that appear in your pixel history.

Note: Activity appears in your Meta pixel history if the change occurred on or after the date that the activity type became available. For example, the activity type pixel sharing updated became available on 15 November 2019, so you'll see pixel sharing history for changes made on or after 15 November.

ActivityDescription
Access token generatedThis includes generating an access token for Conversions API. Available 2 July 2020.
Appeal of blocked domain updatedThis includes requesting or completing a review of a blocked domain. Available from 27 October 2020.
Automatic advanced matching updatedThis includes turning automatic advanced matching on or off, and making changes to the data being sent. Available 15 November 2019.
Automatic event settings updatedThis includes turning the collection of automatic events on or off. Available 15 November 2019.
Custom conversion updatedThis includes sharing or no longer sharing a custom conversion. Available 15 November 2019.
Diagnostic rule updatedThis includes confirming a rule for an error that appears in Diagnostics. Available on 10 December 2019.
Domain allow list updatedThis includes when you or another user add or remove domains from your allow list. Available 7 July 2020.
Domain block list updatedThis includes when you or another user add or remove domains from your block list. Available 15 November 2019.
Event updated

This includes adding an event using the Event setup tool. Available 15 November 2019.

This also includes removing an event using the Event setup tool. Available on 10 December 2019.

First-party cookies settings updatedThis includes turning first-party cookies on or off. Available 15 November 2019.
Pixel availability changedThis includes when a pixel is unavailable because it's associated with an ad or business portfolio that's been disabled for going against our Advertising Standards or other standards. Available on 4 December 2019.
Pixel sharing updatedThis includes sharing or no longer sharing a pixel with a business portfolio, assigning a pixel to an ad account and removing a pixel from an ad account. Available on 15 November 2019.
Pixel usage editedThis includes changing pixel usage settings to Analytics only or Advertising and analytics. Available on 15 November 2019.
Transition period setting updatedThis includes changing limited data use transition period settings. Available on 23 June 2020.
